It demonstrates Australiaâs commitment to be responsive to ASEAN priorities and requests, and work as a true partner to ASEAN.Key responsibilities Support the Operations Team to ensure financial system and procedures are implemented in accordance with the Aus4ASEAN Futures Operations ManualPrepare and submit fund requests to Tetra Tech; record incoming payments and outgoing disbursements; enter records into the Quickbooks accounting system; deposit contributions in the bank, etc.Manage and monitor financial processes and ensure these are compliant with DFAT and Tetra Techâs financial policies, on payments, cash advances, acquittal, petty cash management, and tax refund, among othersSupport budget preparation in close coordination with the Operations LeadEnsure the office is equipped for the day-to-day operationsSupport to Facility Team Members on administration, logistical and financial matters, as requiredEnsure record and filing systems (including asset register) are developed and maintained Selection criteria Bachelorâs degree in finance or accountingMinimum 5 years relevant professional experience in managing finances and procurement (prepare budgets, monitor budget versus actuals, administer petty cash and bank transactions) in international development programsExperience in administration/logistics roles including organising high level meetings and workshops/events with government officialsComprehensive computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Office 365, Outlook and PowerPointGood communication skills (both verbally and in writing) in English and Bahasa IndonesiaExperience working in DFAT-funded programs is desirablePractical knowledge in using accounting software (including Quickbooks) is desirable How to applyClick the “Apply for job” button.
