We are currently seeking a dedicated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be integral in monitoring and managing user access rights within our systems, ensuring strict adherence to our security requirements and policies. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular audits of user access rights to maintain compliance and collaborating with various departments to align IAM practices with business needs. You will also contribute to the development and updating of user access security policies. A critical part of your role will be educating and training users on these access policies, thereby reinforcing our organization’s commitment to robust cybersecurity measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage user access rights in the organization’s systems.
- Ensure all access rights are compliant with our established security requirements and policies.
- Regularly audit user access rights to verify adherence to security policies.
- Work closely with different departments to align IAM practices with business objectives and requirements.
- Actively participate in the development and revision of user access security policies.
- Provide comprehensive training to users on access policies and best practices for maintaining security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years proven experience in Identity and Access Management, particularly in monitoring and auditing access rights.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, particularly regarding access control.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with other departments and user training.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for conducting thorough audits and compliance checks.
- Familiarity with IAM tools and software.
- Ability to develop and implement effective user access policies and training programs.
- Certifications in cybersecurity or IAM (e.g., CIAM, CISM) are highly desirable.
