Requirements
- Culinary qualification and previous experience in high-quality cuisine at Sous or Junior Sous Chef level.
- Passion for great food and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train team members.
- Good knowledge of HACCP best practices and commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
