Seeking a Shift Supervisor for the Australian Embassy in Jakarta, managing day-to-day operational activities, providing security advice, and overseeing access control.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities of the Security Operations Centre
- Provide security advice to Service Provider Personnel, contractors, and stakeholders
- Conduct embassy-specific training of the Security Guard Force
- Manage notifiable incidents, access control, and security measures
- Contribute to security policy development and maintain logs and records

Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of security risk management principles and terminology
- Experience working in a high-tempo, dynamic environment
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 rostered work pattern
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience working in a diplomatic environment
- Experience in a similar capacity
- Relevant experience in the public or private sectors, military, or law enforcement
