Service Manager

About the Role
- Drive the implementation of the service strategy as a member of the local management team
- Develop and execute plans to achieve performance targets, ensuring profitable growth and improvement of service productivity
- Run the day-to-day service business, ensuring consistency in quality and customer satisfaction
- Execute the global service and sales channel strategy within the local unit, investing in service sales to increase market penetration
- Develop and improve the quality of existing service products and expand the portfolio in line with global direction
- Ensure the health and safety of the local Business Unit/Product Group Service team, enforcing a service safety and integrity culture
- Lead, motivate, and develop direct and indirect subordinates, improving service availability and providing training
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project and service delivery management, with a strong capacity for customer focus and management
- Experience in service deliveries and management, with knowledge of ABB 800xA system, AC450 system, and ABB Drive system
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage different tasks under high pressure
- Collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages
