Loker Asuransi Astra. Will be responsible to evaluate existing processes, develop, and implement processes, knowledge, skills, abilities, and attitudes of frontliners in Asuransi Astra. They will also track and monitor every customer interaction and our internal processes to achieve Asuransi Astra Core Values (Simple, Reliable, and Memorable Service). Evaluate existing services and update: (a) Process standard; (b) Socialization/communication program and training material (ensure awareness, knowledge, ability, skill, services behavior); (c) Managing business process documentation so that it is always updated & excellence (Simple, Reliable, & Memorable). Monitor and evaluate all operational activities in company services channel such as Garda Center, Branches, Garda Akses, Workshop, Hospital, Partners, Intermediary, and e-channel. Oversee market trends and updates to identify opportunities and risks; also develop programs to solve them. Handle end-to-end projects in Service Management Department. Placement: Head Office – Jakarta Selatan, TB Simatupang. Minimum Qualifications: Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1): Psychology/Communication/Management. Min. 2 years of experience in services industry or related. Experience in services industry is preferable. Experience in creating improvements in Service/Contact Center that have been analyzed or updated processes or developed business processes in Service is preferable.
