Description This position is responsible for leading a team of experienced Master Data experts in activities for master data process implementation, design processes to align with Global Master Data template & migrate data to S4 in the required format. This role would be the sparring partner to the Biz Data Lead for Asia and act as the SPOC for Data delivery for Asia.This role would require:Leading large scale data migration project (Asia S4 implementation), partnering with the Biz Data Lead and acting as the SPOC for Data Migration & MDG implementation delivery for AsiaInteracting with internal & external project resources in successfully delivering the Data migration & MDG implementation for AsiaWorking with the Global Master data Service delivery team & the Business to ensure seamless BAU continuity of Biz operations after S4 Asia go-liveReporting into the Head of IT ERP Master Data Products, to ensure that the Asia Data implementation in S4 is in line with the Global MDG standards and be the gate keeper for ensuring Global approval for any deviations needed to be implemented locallyREQUIREMENTS7+ years experience Project management with experience in leading large scale data migration projects5+ years experience in Master Data management and governanceShould be Techno-Functional in Master Data Governance and have experience in one of the Master Data domains – Product/Material, Business Partner, and FinanceExperience in leading/managing a group of internal and external resources in delivering required data tools for migrationExperience in Master Data Governance support project and knowledgeable global delivery model operationsExperience in business process definition and data modelingShould have worked on Data models (enhance data model in Flex/Re-Use mode), Rule based workflow, BRF + configuration, update Decision tables, HANA Search, Data quality duplicate checks and DRFOUT frameworkPersuasive communicator, strong facilitator with the ability to be flexible and adjust approach to each situationStrong overall SAP knowledge – WRICEFs, ECC, MDG Workflow, Data Services, Ariba, S4, etcData migration exposure from requirements gathering, mapping, data construction, testing, training document creation and execution, go live and supportExperience working with MS Excel, Access and SQL based tools with the ability to write SQL queries to perform data mining and analysisRESPONSIBILITIESLead/ interact/ liaise with internal and external resources of project, ensure Master Data deliverables are delivered as aligned per Project milestonesPlay the role of Project Data Lead, leading the team & facilitating design sessions, determine optimal designs, develop functional and business process specifications, build and execute test plans and deploy the solution to the organization, including documentation, training, and business support thus ensuring proper change managementCoordinate with data team, functional process teams, functional business and technical stakeholders to ensure delivery work is progressing on time, per scope & release requirements and with the highest qualityAbility to lead discussions/team across multiple domainsWork with IT & Business Leadership to develop and manage project scope, assign and schedule resources, and monitor deliverable progressResponsible for identifying the impacts and requirements for Data Management to support the organization’s To-Be vision within the system, and for verifying the project team is meeting the business objectivesManage the effort to analyze, cleanse, convert and load data into the target application architecture and provide direction to the Data team membersLead communication efforts directly and through influence with internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with the Data Management Factory, IT Master Data Team, Data Operations and Governance to support all domain processesCareer ExperienceProject ManagementProcess ManagementData & Knowledge ManagementRequirements DefinitionVendor Relationship ManagementCommunication SkillsInfluencing and Negotiating skillsLocation(s)Ganzhou – Sales Office, Shanghai – Central Park, HuangpuKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
