You should be based near Jakarta.
Working location across Indonesia. With opportunity to travel to Malaysia and Singapore for motivated candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Weekly reports of meetings and calls in English and Indonesian.
- Assist with projects e.g. quotes, machine specifications, costing.
- Contact new leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Managing company brochures, tees, gifts, etc.
- Support colleagues on leave.
- And other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Requirements:
- Able to travel around Indonesia for work.
- Accurate and reliable.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experienced with AutoCAD preferred.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering/Accounting/Business, ideally with B2B sales experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and ERP Microsoft 365 Business Central.
Please note that we are in the food manufacturing industry. You should be comfortable entering meat processing facilities and handling raw beef and pork samples.
