The Opportunity
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you’ll be responsible for implementing, conducting, and managing sales & marketing activities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) within company regulations, policies, and quality, environment, health, and safety (QEHS) standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through regular visits and detailing.
- Conduct marketing activities to support Actavis products in medical institutions and stay up-to-date with relevant data to ensure product awareness and existence.
- Maintain and update medical and product knowledge to increase Actavis products awareness and deliver accurate product information.
- Understand and implement company compliance policies in marketing program activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, product availability, and coordinate with distributors to ensure marketing program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to address HCP complaints related to drug safety monitoring and assist QA department in following up customer complaints related to product quality.
- Ensure compliance with QEHS procedures, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Pharmacy or Life Science.
- 1-2 years’ experience as Sales/Medical Representative (preferable).
- Experience in Pulmo and/or Internist would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Semarang (Joglosemar) area.
- Flexibility and high mobility.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Computer literacy in Excel.
- Passive English language skills.
