Job Description
Identify and building relationships with potential clients and develop deep understanding of their project needs and objectivesPrepare proposals in response to client inquiries, coordinating with technical and design teams to create accurate and comprehensive engineering proposalsProvide technical support to clients during the proposal phase, addressing inquiries and offering solutionsStay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesWork closely with engineering, project management, and design teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of projects
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Proposal development or related roles with portfolio in Steel Structure / Industrial Building / Construction IndustryStrong technical acumen with understanding of engineering conceptsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive and Initiative Professional with Entrepreneurial mindset
