Through a deep understanding of the countryâs channel, product and customer landscapes, the Carrier Account Manager will execute initiatives to improve capabilities and performance of assigned telecommunication carrier partners.Key Qualifications6+ years of proven strategy, marketing, trade marketing and or sales experience in Indonesia, preferably in mid to senior management capacity with background from FMCG, Financials Banks/Credit cards, Telecommunication Services and Media AgencySuccessful experience in managing complex business partnerships environment and building tailor made solutionsDemonstrated superior communication, relationship building, influencing, preferably in both English and Bahasa IndonesiaDemonstrated ability to work through ambiguity with integrityDescriptionIn this role, you will be expected to: – Be the subject matter expert of Indonesian customers, especially in connectivity – Analyze and identify issues and opportunities to develop locally relevant solutions – Deliver weekly, quarterly and yearly business plans – Execute local business development projects, including technological enablement and CRM – Develop close working relationships with relevant extended Apple team and collaborate with them to deliver for Appleâs customers and partners – Develop close working relationships with the senior representatives of assigned partners and inspire them to collaborate – Ensure that assigned partners comply with Appleâs guidelines and policies – Hold regular performance and planning reviews with assigned partnersEducation & ExperienceBachelorâs degree, preferably with Masterâs degree or equivalent experienceAdditional RequirementsApple is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
