**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to assist in the recruitment process, partnering with our Business Development team to understand client needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect required skills and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify client hiring needs and create job descriptions that align with those needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, ensuring a diverse range of candidates are considered.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from job postings to candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Perform pre-employment screenings for positions requiring specific skills and safety requirements, maintaining confidentiality and upholding high ethical standards.
• Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment processes, ensuring client needs and timelines are met.

**Requirements:**

• Domicile in Yogyakarta, with a strong preference for fresh graduates or those with internship or experience in the same field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of candidates.
• Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process, including Microsoft Office, HRIS databases, and statistical packages.
• Strong analytical skills, good service orientation, and a team player mindset.
