With Heart Your Tasks – What You can expect as Jr. Product Development Executive : Ensuring the quality of materials and products according to given specifications and standards by providing support and guidance to team members Continuous improvement of quality processes and standard by improving systems, equipments and personnel in QCControl and maintenance of inspection equipment to meet all compliance standardsCompliance with legal and other regulations in the operation of facilities, buildings and equipment in the immediate area of responsibility as well as the job safety of the employed staff.Reviewing employee productivity and performance to ensure they meet clients’ requirements or recommending improvements to meet quality standardsInvestigate customer complaints related to the Quality Department.Control and maintenance 5S and safety of QC area Your Profile – What do You bring as Jr. Product Development Executive ? 1. A recognized bachelor degree or above (Chemist or chemical engineering)2. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Quality in Ink Manufacture or similar industry3. Have knowledge and experience in ink manufacturing or similar industry. Able using lab instruments, especially the colour matching process4. English language skills both written and oral.5. Knowledgeable in ISO ; ISO ; ISO & GMP’s.6. Have strong leadership, communication and team work. Analytical & problem solving skill.
