Requirements: 
• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Project Management.
• Familiar with Engineering Standard and Safety.
• Good communication & writing in English.

Key Result Areas:
• Coordinate with other operating units to prepare preliminarydesigns.
• Prepare tender document including detail scope of work andspecification and submit to Procurement.
• Coordinate all technical activities on assigned projects andmonitor work for compliance to local regulations, Comopany standard, applicable code and standard engineering practices.
• Ensures effective communication and coordination on assignedprojects between all disciplines and all other project participants.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting andcoordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Accountable for the successful completion of projects, withinagreed schedule, budget with good quality.
• Participating in contractor meetings and resolving any projectissues.
• Work closely with Planner & Scheduler to schedule and planany tie-in activities related to project.
• Reviews related documentation to ensure its accuracy.
• Prepares specification and estimate cost for internal andcontracted renovations, modifications, expansions orinstallation of overall terminal facilities.
• Assists in determining objectives and cost benefit analysis tocontribute to the development of a comprehensive design.
• Conduct SOR and safety talks in the field; directly takecorrective actions if needed.
• Report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, near misses, incidentsand accident immediately to Operation and/or SHEQ; andcreate a clear report with detailed description and pictures (ifpossible).
• Intervene colleagues, management, contractors and thirdparties on any unsafe act and/or behaviour.
• Prepare overall weekly and monthly report to M&E Manager.

Decision-Making:
• Technical selection of equipment, parts and materials.
• Specifications definitions of projects.
• Cost evaluation of options.
• Technical evaluation of project tenders and vendors.
• Inspection and quality assurance of projects undertaken.
• Assessing capability of new developments in the market tosupport work improvement initiatives
