We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Product Manager at IlmuOne Data. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with front-end and back-end engineers, and data science team, to define product requirements and specifications.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
- Product Roadmap Development: Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap.
- Product Development Process: Support the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
- Product Documentation: Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, wireframes, and product specifications.
- User Testing and Feedback: Conduct user testing and gather feedback to drive product improvements.
- Industry Trends and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.
Preferred Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborative Environment: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Product Management Methodologies and Tools: Familiarity with product management methodologies and tools is a plus (such as Jira, Figma, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, etc).
- Passion for Technology: Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of product management.
