Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Fiber Optic service provider for the role of People and Organization Development Lead with at least 5 – 7 years experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic and operational partner to senior management, advising on all HR matters.
- Ensure that the business’s HR needs are addressed and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide creative and effective HR solutions to management and HR teams in various situations.
- Develop plans for leadership development, employee experience enhancement, and operational excellence, including the implementation of effective grievance mechanisms.
- Foster an inclusive working environment and implement robust employee retention programs by understanding the needs and challenges of both managers and employees.
- Review, supervise, and guide teams and managers on issues related to compliance, performance, and employee behavior, providing support to Heads of Departments (HODs) and Managers.
Key Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Management, or a relevant field.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication.
- Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in a Telco company.
- Ability to coach and provide feedback to leaders at all levels.
- Capability to handle issues across all levels of the organization and escalate when necessary.
- Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
