Key Responsibilities:

– A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
– 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within the education or e-learning industry, is highly desirable.
– Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities efficiently, and meet deadlines consistently.
– Experience with office productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
