The Director of Marketing Communication is responsible for the promotion of the hotel, its image, facilities and services to the general public, customers, the hotel and the community. He / she is also responsible for gaining positive exposure for the hotel in mass media and the community, as well as building a solid presence in the market by maintaining good relationship with the press and the local community. 

What will I be doing?

As the Director of Marketing Communication, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: 

Be familiar with hotel product knowledge and related activities. 
Responsible for the publicity and promotion of all products of the hotel, including but not limited to rooms, catering, banquets, etc. 
Assist the relevant departments to achieve the revenue targets and related tasks set by the hotel. 
Develop and implement the hotel’s advertising budget and external advertising. 
Coordinate and implement communication plans for hotel activities and promotions (sales, catering, etc.) with all operating departments of the hotel. 
Ensure that the hotel has a good image and corresponding flow on the mainstream platform in the main source area. 
Establish good relations with the media (publications, broadcasts, etc.) and implement hotel marketing campaigns. 
Fully monitor all printed products of the hotel to ensure consistency with group guidelines. 
Ensure the hotel homepage, official Weibo and other online and social media platforms’ information is accurate and updated in a timely manner. 
Real-time monitoring of guest comments on various network platforms and replying promptly. 
Plan and execute hotel public relation activities and achieve expected ROI. 
Design prints according to hotel standards and ensure print quality. 
Manage a comprehensive targeted database and advertise hotel promotions. 
Monitor expenses according to the commercial development department budget to maximize return on investment. 
Liaise with other hotel departments, outside organizations or government departments to coordinate and implement different hotel projects. 
Assist with photography, video shooting and interviews of domestic and foreign media. 
Update the gallery and promotional kit in a timely manner to maintain a fixed capital list. 
Prepare, plan and execute hotel public relations activities. 
Maintain normal communication with the local media. 
Monitor the design project. 
Responsible for the management of the Marcom department. 
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We are urgently looking for Research Analysts in Jakarta, Indonesia who produce timely client reports that meet quality standards by conducting research and applying this to reports efficiently. The Research Analyst is working closely with team leads and other Research Analysts to ensure that all client requirements are met. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Ensures that reports are consistently in compliance with agreed quality standards; where reports are written in their native language, analyst should be capable of self quality control. Keeps abreast of changes and updates in account briefs in coordination with team leads to ensure that all stakeholders are on the same page. Ensures comprehensive coverage of data based on client requirements. Keeps abreast of developments in assigned accounts and its related concerns in order to correctly align reports. Consistently meets internal deadlines and client deadlines for reports. Proactively ensures that measures are in place to avoid all preventable delays in report production. Ensures correct sending of reports to rightful recipients, complying with confidentiality requirements (if applicable). Reviews feedback from clients and team leads and applies recommendations to improve report quality. Gives suggestions to team leads for the improvement of work flow/work process. Constantly finds better methods to cover data required in shorter production time, and shares such best practices with team leads and the team. Participates in training sessions to continually sustain or improve levels of report production skills. Qualifications: Willing to work on a freelance basis. Degree in communications, Communications Research, Journalism, Business or other related courses. 1-2 years experience in research and knowledge of socio-political-economic current events or industry assignments. Excellent verbal communication skills, reading comprehension, writing and editing skills in Business English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in other local languages would be a plus. Advanced competency in Microsoft Office applications, GSuite, and other analysis tools. Self-motivated, results driven, with the ability to work in a team. Highly organised with good time management skills to meet deadlines, strong attention to details and an interest in news and current affairs. Good communication skills; able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation, with cross-cultural teams and with external parties. Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Working Schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 6 am – 7:30 am (SG Time)/ 5 am – 6:30 am (ID Time) and 6 pm – 7:30 pm (SG Time) / 5pm – 6:30 pm (ID Time) Working from home setup Can start as soon as possible.
