Lead efforts and identify top-tier talent through various channelsEnhance organization employer brand by developing and and implementing strategies to showcase company culture.Manage recruitment SOP and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 5 years working experience in HR with strong exposure in Talent AcquisitionProfessional proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and MandarinKnowledge of end-to-end recruitment process Excellent stakeholder management skills
