Koltiva’s Field Agent will be responsible for supporting project activity to ensure that project implementation is run smooth. What are the key responsibilities of the Field Agent Business Support – SME? Deliver project implementation System from related parties meets the criteria for certification standards and external audits (transaction process, training process, tools implement)Implement the work plans and activities of internal management system.Carry out the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of each external audit until the required certification standards have been achievedCoordinate with related parties to ensure that project implementation, IMS, Applications, Audits, and Certifications are carried out as needed.Make regular, detailed, and complete reports. What are the requirement of the Position? Minimal diploma majoring in agriculture, forestry, or any related field with a one-year relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Good interpersonal and communication skills.Have a driving license (SIM C) and own a motorcycle.Willing to relocate as needed during the program period.
