Job Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept to project completion, ensuring unwavering commitment to quality and safety standards.Serve as the primary point of contact between company leadership and all project stakeholders.Facilitate effective communication and seamless collaboration among all project participants.Maintain vigilant oversight of project expenses, ensuring strict adherence to the approved budget.Identify opportunities for cost savings and proactively address budget-related challenges.Enforce a strict focus on quality control and assurance throughout the project’s duration.Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to uphold the project’s commitment to excellence.Identify potential project risks and develop robust strategies for risk mitigation.Implement comprehensive risk management plans to minimize disruptions and delays.Prepare regular progress reports for company leadership and project stakeholders.Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, and architectural drawings.Monitor project timelines and milestones, making necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines.Anticipate and promptly address any delays or obstacles that may arise.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field. A master’s degree is advantageous.Demonstrated expertise as a project manager in the luxury hospitality development, a successful track record in villa or resort projects.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and industry best practices.Strong leadership and communication skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Familiarity with local regulations and construction practices in Bali
