Job Description
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute innovative event ideas.Plan and coordinate various events, including private parties, live entertainment, and themed evenings.Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, delivering exceptional event experiences.Lead and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and front-of-house team.Implement and refine operational processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and guest satisfaction.Monitor and manage inventory levels, food quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.Ensure compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements.Oversee event budgets, staffing, and logistics for flawless execution.Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maximize team productivity.Address staff-related issues promptly and professionally.Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial data, and optimize cost controls to drive profitability.Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to boost revenue.Prepare regular financial reports for executive review.Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service, ensuring consistent guest satisfaction.Address customer feedback and concerns with professionalism, aiming for swift resolution.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in restaurant and event management, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles.Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, event planning, and exceptional customer service.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
