About the Company:

Our client was restructured from several supply chain service and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011. The company’s main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation. Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.

As an Operational Director, you will be at the forefront of orchestrating growth strategies and ensuring optimal efficiency across our organization. You will oversee key departments such as Purchasing & Documentation, EXIM, and Logistics. Your role will be instrumental in aligning our internal processes with the broader business objectives, while fostering effective partnerships externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for audit and accounting treatment of the fees and the accounts payable documents.
• Prepare a financial aging schedule, track accounting receivables and dealing of other projects.
• Responsible for the tax provisions and tax declaration.
• Follow up the implementation of the budget, ensure expenditures within budget.
• Responsible for financial accounting of the department, and audit evidencing documents according to the requirements of the company management system.
• Responsible for accounting in futures, options, gold lease, swaps and other kinds of financial products.
• Responsible for specification and verification in financial instruments accounting of the allochthonous corporation.
• Ensure the monthly invoicing work smoothly to complete relevant accounting filing and articulation inspection work.
• Complete tasks related department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting management, with a proven track record in handling similar responsibilities.
• Experience in a multinational corporation would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Tax and Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of tax provisions, tax declaration procedures, and regulatory compliance related to finance and accounting.
• Experience in budget development and oversight, with an ability to manage expenditures within budget constraints.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, capable of handling complex financial data and providing solutions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, auditing, and accounting processes.
