This job will be based in Tangerang, Banten.Key Responsibilities:​​Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with business objectives, ensuring a targeted approach for product promotion and brand awareness.Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, utilizing various platforms to maximize reach and engagement among target audiences.Oversee brand positioning, identity, and messaging consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive and strong brand image.Analyze consumer behavior and purchasing patterns to tailor marketing strategies and product offerings to meet evolving market demands.Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly product development, to ensure seamless integration of product launches and effective market penetration strategies.Efficiently manage the marketing budget, allocating resources judiciously to various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the food and beverages industry or related sectors.Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and market research.Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
