Manager – Senior Manager (Organisational Development Branch/Human Resource & Organisational Development Department)Work with stakeholders to review, design and develop leadership development, OD and learning and development (L&D) initiatives to support the organisation’s strategic objectives and business outcomes.Develop and implement suitable methods, new approaches, and curriculum for Leadership Development and L&D programmes, to create effective and high-Performing Leaders & Leadership TeamsFormulate and review policies and strategies across the Talent Management and Leadership Development value chain to ensure relevance to the changing public sector leadership context and emerging Learning and Leadership Development trends. Play a key role in the engagement and development of Talents & Scholars under the Talent Development framework.Develop competency-based and data-driven Leadership Development strategies to ensure that the organisation attracts, selects, develops and promotes leaders with the right values and capabilities.Review and evaluate effectiveness of leadership development and L&D plans and initiatives with a view to assess and monitor the impact of interventions at the individual and organisational levels via 360 exercises and other suitable methods.Talent/ Leadership Engagement & Networking: Review and refresh existing initiatives and approach for engaging talent and leaders in the organisation.Together with members of the OD team, manage OD-related content and initiatives to build culture and promote EMA’s values.
