Qualification :
1. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology Specialist
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership or management role.
3. Proficiency in English
4. Demonstrated knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and make sound decisions under pressure. 7. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Experience in the construction industry is a plus
