Your role:
To support Supply Planning Team administrative tasks
⢠Check SO/PO/DO weekly
Masterdata update ad hoc
TLB consolidating after Wed planning shipping related weekly
Follow up stocks and purchase order conversion weekly
Fri TLB fixing weekly
KPI data collection and updating weekly
DM data collection and slide preparation weekly
OMM 16th weeks constraint report weekly
Any urgent issues to run data collection and update weekly
OMM & NPI deck consolidation from PIC monthly
E2E inventory extraction from RPP4 first day of each New month
You’re the right fit if: (4 x bullets max)
1. Experience: with Excel advance skill (pivot, vlookup, macro), PPT, ERP knowledge and some form of supply chain, planning knowledge
2. Skills: with Excel advance skill (pivot, vlookup, macro), PPT, ERP knowledge; Able to speak & write English fluently
3. Education: University intern
4. Detailed, Accurate, Positive, Good Teamwork
