Our client, one of the world’s largest palm oil companies is looking for Industrial Relations& ; Manager, & ;& ; with below details: JOB SCOPE Develop and implement an effective labor relations strategy that aligns with the organization’s overall goals and objectives. Identify potential labor relations risks and strategize the mitigation, included contingency plans for strikes or other labor disruptions. Mediate and resolve labor disputes, grievances, and conflicts between employees and management. Ensure the company complies with labor laws, including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour laws, and anti-discrimination regulations. Prepare reports and documentation related to labor relations, including negotiations, disputes, and agreements, for senior management and regulatory authorities. Represent the organization in external labor relations activities, such as industry associations, government agencies, and public forums. JOB REQUIREMENTS Min. bachelor’s degree in law. Minimum 10 years of experience with 4 years at a managerial level. Has some exposure and experience in managing massive numbers of employees, union, and handling all IR matters. Has a good relationship with the government, labor office, industrial relations court, and other stakeholders. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills are a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (professional) and Bahasa Indonesia. Exposure to handle various area in HR will be an advantage to handle this position.
