We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Manager. Our client is a leading OTA company with a strong presence in India, the Philippines, Indonesia, Singapore, and UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate recruitment strategies to ensure timely and qualified staffing for vacant positions.
- Draft employment contracts for both contractual and permanent staff members.
- Lead talent management efforts to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Design and deliver training programs to improve technical and soft skills among employees.
- Manage employee evaluations, transfers, mutations, and promotions.
- Coordinate training sessions and assess training requirements for employee development programs.
- Implement ISO standards within the organization.
- Oversee certification processes at local and international levels to meet internal and external requirements.
- Cultivate positive industrial relations and foster strong connections with union representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of six sigma methods and continuous improvement projects.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using HRIS for effective management.
