Responsible for matters related to salary calculations, overtime, bonus and allowance. Creating an effective HR system such as creating SOP, Job Desks, Training and Development. Know, study and resolve any problems that arise regarding development activities, organization, HR, labor disputes. Create and monitor employee employment agreements and understand labor/employment laws. Responsible for calculating income tax and uploading and creating journals. Understand permit license time expiration for all documents/agreements, including TKA permits, OSS, LKPM, ISR, RKL, RPL and/or forklift license. Coordinate and control the implementation of the HR function across the company. Preparing reports (weekly, monthly, yearly) on all HR activities.
