Job Description
As an HR Superintendent, your scope will include:
Work alongside HR Director to ensure smooth operational HR functionHandling day-to-day HR operation, including payroll, talent management, and industrial relationsBuild good relationship with union and external communities to support organization operationEnsure compliance on all level of the organization
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must possess:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable universityMinimum of 6 years in human resources function, at least 2 years in supervisory levelPrevious experience in manufacturing company, preferably multinationalProven track record in industrial relations matter, including negotiation of CLA and bipartite negotiationGood communication skillsFluent in English
