As an HR manager, your responsibilities include:
Handling and managing end-to-end human resources functionMaintaining strong relationship with all stakeholdersCollaborating with top management on strategies and planning related to HR functionEnsuring development and improvement from all function within the organization, driven by the HR functionEnsuring operational excellence throughout the HR teamAd hoc tasks from top management
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate must possess:
A bachelor’s degree from a reputable universityFluent in Mandarin (Written, spoken, and listening)Previous experiences in mining, EPC, or mining services companyWilling to travel to site (Kalimantan)End-to-end experiences within HR functionKnowledgeable within site related HR function, such as local recruitment, industrial relations, and people developmentGood communications and negotiations skill
