Job Description
Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.Lead the Supply Chain Subdivision like Warehouse, Inventory, S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, etcWorks with plant, warehouse, and logistics departments to determine and set up inter company transfers.Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.Monitor the roll out of new business initiatives / pilot programs and provide recommendations for improvement accordingly.Provide key findings and support to COO and board/investors on a monthly/quarterly basis.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor’s Degree in business, supply chain, engineering or related field. ideally with experience from pharmaceutical companyHave a deep interest and enthusiasm global supply chain.Skilled in Process Improvement (LEAN and/or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), Project Management, and Financial AnalysisStrong leadership skill.English is a MUST
