Media Planning Strategy & Performance OptimizationMaximize Return on Advertising Spending (ROAS) across paid digital channels and develop ongoing reports to measure and performance media ROIBrief agency/inhouse designer to carry out AB testing on content to drive traffic, engagement & conversionMeasure KOL performance and update performance to Social team to optimize effectiveness of selectionSEM/Search Engine MarketingeDM content – Marketing Campaign, Product promotion & partnership
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent disciplinesAt least 8-10 years of working experience in media/performance marketingHands-on experience with running marketing campaigns and using digital platforms and campaign management tools (Facebook Ads, Google AdWords etc.)Good knowledge of digital marketing principles such as funnel optimization, UX, A/B texts, with the know how to derive consumer insightsExperience in media management, site management, technical platforms availability to optimize our performance marketingGood command of written and spoken Bahasa and English is preferred
