Job Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for retail expansion.Identify and evaluate potential markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.Lead a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure successful expansion.Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve growth targets.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the executive team.
The Successful Applicant
Must have strong experience in retail expansion, with proven experience working in a company with rapid growth.Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Knowledge of the retail industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.Willingness to travel as needed to explore new markets and meet with partners.
