Description Position at GroupM Nexus Reporting of the roleThis role reports to the KOL Planning Lead / Category Lead part of GroupM 3 best things about the job:1.Get to work with the most dynamic and largest influencer marketing team in Indonesia 2.Cultivate creativity with your content ideas fueled by data3.Be the first in market to access the largest tech stack on content planning, working with Indonesia’s biggest brands Responsibilities of the role:Strategic Planning ·Liaising with clients for annual/ quarterly / campaign briefs·Drive overall strategic direction based on brand’s marketing objectives ·Identify competitive and landscape content trends using GroupM analytics tools ·Set overall Share of Voice ambition·Identify the best platform and influencer mix matched with client’s objectives and budget ·Set the right KOL content plan and performance ·Develop campaign phasing, KOL brief and content idea/ messaging ·Liaise with clients for KOL content plan approval ·Identify, develop and drive long-term strategies based on fact-based analyses·Assume ownership of the division’s business development, identify business opportunities and develop plans to achieve them – related to the division’s role as an independent business unit·Determined scope of work for a project and deliverables·Support the development of agencies business through impactful digital market intelligenceAccount Management ·Liaise with key client stakeholders and align on overall ambition ·Ensure client satisfaction on brand’s performance ·Overall business management and brand custodian – ensuring KOL plans from KPIs are met ·Develops overall campaign timelines and supervises KOL planning executives and KOL Buying team to ensure 100% campaign delivery ·Prepares all requirements for weekly/monthly/ quarterly Meetings with clients and agencies Commercial ·Lead overall KOL plan costings and approval from clients ·Manage costs with Buying team based on budgets ·Monitor brand spends / budgetsBest Practice and Innovations ·Supports KOL manager to create case studies or portfolio that can establish the value of the service·Supports KOL Planning Lead to Drive innovations on platforms and practice What you will need:·Bachelor’s degree is preferred·3 to 5 years relevant experience in advertising agency, PR agency, social media agency or influencer marketing agency (executive) as accounts / planner / content strategist·Strong analytical skills and possess a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights·Have a good understanding of Influencer marketing ecosystem·Have a good understanding of how to develop insights for consumer, trends, industry and competition·Have a good understanding of the digital marketing industry and social media technology.·Able to lead a team or a business unit and work with minimum supervision.·Able to read, write and speak in English effectively·Able to work in a highly multicultural environment·Ability to communicate effectively at all levelsAbout GroupM IndonesiaWith a population of 260 million, Indonesia is one of the fastest growing and most dynamic markets in the world.
