The Role You will be responsible for : Cultivate an Agile mindset in the team Identify the right agile/business practices and methodologies, and implement the same while guiding, coaching, and enabling client and internal teams Manage expectations of clients and internal stakeholders keep things clear and visible, and deliver value to both clients and the organization. & ;Simplify Agile processes for client teams through workshops, sprint planning, and communication & ;Understand the value and need for agile transformation at the client and how improvements can be measured – measures of success or metrics Own and drive the outcomes on the ground to achieve the measures of success identified and agreed with the client Coach and assist client team members to drive business value and assist in writing user stories Ideal Profile Agile Coach/Transformation Consultant Years of experience (total): 5-12 years Good knowledge and understanding of agile methodologies and should have worked with the same in the past Relevant roles/titles that will work for us are – Agile Coach/Consultant, Scrum Master, Product/Project Manager, Transformation Consultant, Business Analyst Should have worked and communicated with external stakeholders and have experience handling clients Good communication skills, articulation & clarity in thought process You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments What’s on Offer?
