– Promoting YMT’s products and services, including display network, DSP, user acquisition, and mobile user acquisition, to targeted organizations such as digital marketing agencies, direct brands, direct clients, CMOs, and Heads of Marketing within the target markets set out by YMT.
– Identify and evaluate advertisers, agencies, and potential partners with potential to benefit from YMT’s platforms, including affiliate marketing platforms, and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and networking
– Manage the sales pipeline and ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded
– Utilize a consultative sales approach to explain how YMT’s performance platforms are able to optimize media buy, optimize campaigns, and increase CPM, CPC, CPA, and CPI
– Provide regular performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, including campaign results, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success, including creative, analytics, and account management teams.
– Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth for clients, with a focus on affiliate marketing
– Identify and recruit affiliates to join campaigns, negotiate commission rates, and manage relationships to ensure campaign success
– Analyze campaign performance data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
– Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and build relationships with potential clients, affiliates, and partners
**Requirements**:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
– 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising, with a focus on performance marketing and affiliate marketing
– Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including display networks, DSPs, and user acquisition
– Familiarity with marketing technology, such as marketing automation, attribution, and MMP/analytics tools
– Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English
– Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and affiliates
– Good interpersonal skills, initiative, and follow-through
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
