Our client is looking for a Critical Facility Manager with proven experience in managing more than 3 DC all over Indonesia. This job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.Job Descriptions:Work closely with both internal and external partners to establish and sustain the functioning of data center operations.Formulate and deploy Change Management procedures and tools.Improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) for collocation facilities.Supervise a team of professionals and consultants to ensure the efficient execution of data center operations, both in routine and emergency scenarios.Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members.Manage collocation data centers, ensuring vendors comply with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) according to contractual terms.Monitor vendor performance and address any instances of non-compliance.Support the project manager in overseeing construction activities for new data center projects, from schematic design to commissioning.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist in various project phases, including design development and construction documents.Develop comprehensive scripts and guidelines for Change Management Request (CMR) activities.Conduct regular site visits to data centers for engineering studies, electrical system audits, startup testing, and complete commissioning, as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering,Mechanical, Electrical, Business, or Operations).Proven experience (15+ Years) in managing critical facilities and operations, with a focus on data centers or telecommunications.Strong background in stakeholder management and client relations.Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teamsExcellent project management skills, including experience with rectification and transition projects.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to critical facility management.Preferably holding one or more DC-Related certificationsUnderstanding of the construction procedures for data centers.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Has minimum of 8 years of experience in the role of data center facility management.In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire system, and control systems utilized in data centers.Familiarity with principles and best practices pertaining to IT service delivery.A self-motivated individual with significant experience in problem analysis and critical thinking.Proficiency in comprehending construction procedures specific to data centers.Strong communication and leadership skills.Willingness to travel to various data center sites nationwide.Proficiency in English is crucial.Specialized expertise in implementing energy-efficient solutions for data centers.
