What Will You Do : Manage and be responsible for the overall Credit Analyst Process Ensure all processed applications comply with policy & procedures Responsible for maintaining daily and weekly credit report Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities Identify and organize training needed by staff Coordinate collaborations with other departments. Monitoring and developing team performance and coaching team Liaise with Superior (Head of Credit Ops)    What Are The Requirements : Minimum experience of 2 years as analyst/officer credit, internal audit, risk policy in Bank/Multifinance/Financial Services Have an honest attitude, conscientious and responsible.
