Job Description
Cultivate a positive company culture emphasizing clear expectations, accountability, and safety awareness, fostering a harmonious work environment.Empower employees by providing essential resources, tools, and support, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities and excel in their roles.Oversee the appraisal process and training plans to enhance the development of employee skills across all Indonesia offices.Review and approve payroll hours and advance cash requests while collaborating with the Accounting and Finance teams for related bookkeeping tasks.Manage employee change status and administration updates, propose innovative procedures and policies for enhancing the employee experience and HR department efficiency, and maintain up-to-date company policies and standards. Additionally, take the lead on company-wide initiatives aimed at promoting team cohesion.
The Successful Applicant
5 – 8 years of extensive experience in HR management and administrative roles, demonstrating a proven track record in overseeing end-to-end HR functions and office management, ensuring seamless operations and compliance with local labor laws.Ability to independently initiate and proactively manage tasks, showcasing a high level of self-organization and a keen eye for detail, crucial for effectively handling diverse HR responsibilities.Collaborative team player with exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering trust and open communication within the organization, ultimately contributing to a positive and productive work environment.Proficient in utilizing HR management software and tools, such as Talenta, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency in HR operations for optimal results.Possesses a creative and enthusiastic approach to office management while maintaining a budget-conscious mindset, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation. Additionally, experience in liaising with accountants further bolsters financial management capabilities.
