Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Costing Analyst to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the costs associated with shoe production processes using Procost software. This role is crucial for optimizing cost management, budgeting, and financial planning within manufacturing operations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Utilize Procost to monitor and analyze direct and indirect costs associated with footwear manufacturing.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, highlighting variances and trends, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Analyze production costs, including materials, labor, overheads, and other relevant expenses.
- Perform tasks assigned by superiors directly or indirectly.
- Ensure the 5S of the work area are maintained regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a costing staff.
- Understanding of ansatz, consumption, and yield.
- Proficiency in Procost.
