Through building a strong understanding of your existing and new clients, you will provide on tailored solutions to their recruitment needs. You will source and present opportunities to suitable candidates and manage the recruitment process through the interview stage to the offer stage and beyond. You are a self starter and a team player, driven and determined with good commercial acumen. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills which will be essential in communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. Prior experience in a sales environment will be advantageous.
