Job Description
Conduct on-site inspection of structural works to ensure compliance with approved plans, codes, and standardsEnsuring the contractors quality of works complies with the owner’s standards and the requirements of the contract documents including the specification and Shop DrawingsLiaising with the contractor’s supervisorsMonitoring the contractor’s schedule and sequence of workMaintain detailed records of inspection findings, documenting any deviations from plans or specifications and provide weekly reports
The Successful Applicant
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in Civil / Structural Site Inspector or related roles with portfolio in Luxurious Villa or Hotel ProjectsKnowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standardsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in using inspection tools and equipmentAble to speak EnglishWilling to be placed in Bali
