Job Description Our Indonesian owned gold client is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the operations of their greenfield gold mining company, located in Nusa Tenggara Timur. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the industry, strategic leadership, and a proven track record of operational excellence. The COO will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining high-quality services in a competitive market. The Successful Applicant Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in mining operations, with significant exposure to gold production, both domestically and internationally. Demonstrated success in managing large-scale mining projects, including open pit operations and gold processing plants. Proficiency in Heap Leach and CIL technology and its application in gold processing plants. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of managing diverse teams in dynamic environments.
