- Plan, prepare, and implement high-quality food and beverage products

- Inventory and Cost Control
- Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Manage food costs to yield maximum outlet profit and guest satisfaction
- Cleanliness and Hygiene
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas
- Work closely with the stewarding department to maintain high levels of cleanliness and low levels of lost and breakages
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements
- Education and Experience
