Job Description

Conduct in-depth research to identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who align with the core values and principles upheld by Kobi Education
Analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of KOLs
Assess the suitability and alignment of the KOL with Kobi Education’s objectives
Initiate contact with KOLs for potential collaboration
Manage and build professional networks with KOLs across diverse product categories on social media
Implement engagement campaigns by coordinating with KOL regarding requirements, timeline, and follow up report insight from endorsed posts between KOL and Kobi Education
Negotiate KOL service fees, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement
Provide accurate time estimates for the execution of KOL marketing campaigns to ensure efficient planning and execution
Articulate and deliver comprehensive briefings to KOLs, ensuring a clear understanding of project expectations
Create reports and evaluate KOLs’ performances in collaboration with Kobi Education


Qualifications 

Proficient in both written and spoken English
Minimum 5th semester student from any major
Experienced in KOL, Marketing, and Digital Marketing preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to adeptly analyze and solve problems
Keenly follows and remains updated on emerging social media trends
Having an active capacity for negotiation and collaboration with external stakeholders
Able to work effectively as part of a team or independently, as required
Possesses strong time management and leadership abilities
Currently not participating in any volunteering/KKN/PKL/other internship activities during the internship program at Kobi Education
