JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of this role is to ensure Finance Partnering support for Indonesia Ice cream business under supervision of Nutrition and Ice Cream Finance Head – Indonesia. Key focus is to navigate business team to achieve the key performance metrics through strategic and operational activities including long term planning, Integrated Business Planning, S&OP process, Portfolio management, innovations, Cabinet management, Business Development IC and financial evaluation of key business projects.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Provide finance & commercial partnering to the Ice Cream Business team in the areas of performance management and evaluation of investment decisions.

  • Support in development of category commercial strategy during long term planning and Integrated Business Planning processes

  • Performance Management through S&OP Process: Monthly performance review including financial forecasting, actual performance analysis vs. forecast and prior year in all P&L lines.

  • Build and manage Gross Margin Road map to ambition level.

  • Competitor Intelligence for Indonesia Ice cream (understanding Shadow P&L, investment model)

  • Controlling /Budget management of Marketing and CBD budgets

  • Lead Fuel for Growth agenda for Ice cream including NRM (Pricing, Mix management, Promotion Effectiveness and Trade term management), Zero Based Budgeting and 5S (co-ordinate with Supply Chain Finance)

  • Control BU Overheads budget (setting framework and manage budget to target)

  • Business case evaluation (pre and post launch) of innovations

  • Partnering with Cabinet management team including Capex, Cabinet verification and management Non-Performing Cabinet, Return of Commercial Investment.

  • Ensure the control framework is in place and working.

  • Identifying opportunities for processes and reports for simplification and harmonization

  • Providing adhoc support and financial analysis to the Indonesia BU team

  • Manage complex issues and translate them into small pieces with clear, structured recommendations.

  • Minimum 4-6 years of Finance experience

  • Experience in Finance Business Partnering, Reporting, Forecasting, Performance management, Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance

  • University degree, preferable in Finance, Accounting, Economics and Management
