About Our Client
Our client is a multinational retail company with a proven new mini mart concept in the market and has been expanding rapidly their business in Indonesia in a short period, and looking to hire Area Managers with proven track record who can assist them in the rapid growth of the business.
Job Description
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of multiple stores within the area, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with company’s standards.
- P&L Management: Handle end-to-end Profit and Loss for the stores within the area, ensuring profitability and financial health.
- Team Management: Lead and develop store managers and staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Store Performance: Monitor and improve stores performance metrics including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
- Compliance: Ensure stores adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates, and collaborate on strategies for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in retail industries, managing multiple stores within the area. Background from multinational supermarket or mini-mart will be highly preferred.
- Track record in stores P&L management, sales, profitability achievement, and operations
Strong team leadership and communication skillsProficient in English
