Zinnia Packaging (S) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will provide administrative support to our Business Development Manager, ensuring the smooth execution of projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with project coordination, including quotes, machine specifications, and costing.
- Accompany the Business Development Manager to official meetings and provide administrative support.
- Prepare weekly reports of meetings and calls in English and Indonesian.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Manage company brochures, promotional materials, and other administrative tasks.
- Support colleagues on leave and provide backup support as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to travel for work.
- Accurate and reliable.
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Accounting, or Business, with 2 years of experience in food manufacturing.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- B2B sales experience and ERP Microsoft 365 Business Central proficiency will be remunerated accordingly.
- AutoCAD experience preferred.
